This course is designed for the beginner with no prior knowledge or experience. It is helpful in the decision-making when considering welding as a career choice. Topics include: basic welding positions of flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead, typical butt, lap, and tee joints. Class size limited to 10. Welding students must provide their own welding hoods, jackets, gloves, chipping hammers, pull out rule, safety glasses and burning goggles after the first night of class.

Welding--Intermediate

This course requires mastery of all stick welding applications. Applications include stick welding, mig, flux core, and tig welding of various metals. Welding students must provide their own welding hoods, jackets, gloves, chipping hammers, pull out rule, safety glasses and burning goggles.

This course requires mastery of all stick welding applications. The student continues to build mastery of applications including stick welding, mig, flux core, and tig welding of various metals. AWS certification available for additional fee for qualified students. Welding students must provide their own welding hoods, jackets, gloves, chipping hammers, pull out rule, safety glasses and burning goggles.

Welding--AWS Certification Testing

AWS 2G D1.1 certification.  Stick, MIG or Flux Core applications.  Welding students must provide their own welding hoods, jackets, gloves, chipping hammers, pull out rule, safety glasses and burning goggles.
